The dictionary definition of Evangelist is: “A person who seeks to convert others to the Christian faith, especially by public preaching.” Evangelists operate out of the Evangelist office and some examples would be Mario Murillo, Billy Graham & Lonnie Frisbee. Technically, everyone is called to evangelize according to the Great Commission in Matthew 28:16-20.
